From the Founder
Hi, I am Jazmyne.
AlignHer started as a vision — a belief that ambitious Black women deserve more than surface level networking. We deserve spaces where we can build real friendships, find real opportunities, and feel genuinely supported without having to shrink ourselves to get in the door.
I founded The AlignHer Network in February 2026 in Charlotte, NC. In just a few months it grew to over 1,000 women — and that growth told me everything I needed to know. We were all looking for the same thing.
This is not just a networking group. It is a community. A home base. A room full of women who get it — and who show up for each other because of it.
I am building this alongside all of you, and I could not be more grateful you are here.
